These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quorumetrix Studio (“Quorumetrix,” “QS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, content, services, communications, events, and related activities (collectively, the “Services”).

Quorumetrix Studio is a scientific visualization and data-driven design studio providing services including, but not limited to, scientific animation, visualization, illustration, research communication, and related consulting services. Precedence of Service Agreements

Dispute Resolution

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quorumetrix Studio regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.
